I recently purchased an evga x58 3-way sli motherboard and through a series of disappointing ebay sellers I do not have the install disc for this board. I've tried downloading the ones from the site but the board still doesn't function right, it's just really slow and buggy, with sporadic restarts and such. Also on a lot of the drivers it would say my board doesn't meet the required minimum specs, I tried downloading the x58 sli drivers and the sli3 drivers and both act the same. My question is, where can I find this disc or is there a different place I need to download the drivers since it's a first time install instead of an update. I am assuming you're talking about the E758 board. You could help us out a great deal by giving us some more details on your other hardware installed in the board and what OS you are using. Far Cry 3 Save Game Ps3. Also the BIOS version which you can find using a program like AIDA64. Personally, I did a clean install of Windows 8.1 on this board and the only drivers I needed to install were the graphic drivers and the drivers for my sound card. The rest were the MS default drivers.

Yes it is the E758. With an Intel Xeon W3540, ATI 4890 GPU, 12 GB's ram (6 OCZ, 4 Mushkin and 2 Corsair) says only 7.99 is usable, dunno on that either. At the time of the original post I had 1 750 GB SATA HDD in it that I was trying to boot my old install of windows XP 64-bit. Since then I have added another HDD (60 GB IDE) and installed windows 7 64-bit on it, which is giving me fits as well for some reason won't boot without the disc in the drive after the install **shrugs** not been a great day PC wise. Just now re downloading the MOBO drivers from this website then the ATI drivers for the card and we'll see how that goes.

I don't know what BIOS it has at this time. You can get the intel drivers from intel, the sound drivers from realtek and the video you know were to get those, i would download those from there instead of from here, i have gotten some outdated ones before so now i just go to the source to get them.

Also you said you are using a ide drive, make sure your settings are correct in the bios, you dont want to be in ahci mode. Also using a previous install of windows on a new board is asking for trouble, i would dump the xp install as it is probably a 32bit os and will not see all your ram, also dump the ide drive and install win7 64 on the sata drive, you can then use the ahci mode (has to be enabled before installing windows) and then install your intel drivers first, followed by the audio drivers then the display drivers and any other you may need, make sure windows is updated to sp1 with all the patches before installing your drivers though. You're using 3 different types of memory with all 6 slots populated? That is probably your issue right there as far as stability goes. All 6 slots are trying to run at whatever the motherboard sets the timing for the ram that is in slot one.

You should manually set the timing for the SLOWEST set of ram you have. It should be listed on the sticks. 3dxchange 5 Full Download on this page. Thanks for the replies everyone!

A2dp Driver Windows Xp there. Quadlatte, that was exactly what I needed. Sorry for the delay in reporting back. I believe the problem was that I was was trying it on an old install of windows. And then when I tried the IDE drive it was a little screwy too. I installed a new windows 7 on a partition of my original sata 750 gb drive and then reinstalled the drivers I got from here only the win 7 versions and the computer runs like a top.
