I've looked for more simple NPC editors myself and never found anything that was good at modifying NPC faces.

If you plan on messing with the NPC's, though, make sure you read some tutorials. Mainly you want to make sure that you don't end up with the gray face bug, which happens often when NPC's are edited in the CK without extracting some sort of file along with it into the ESP (I'm super knowledgeable about all of this, as you can tell.), but there's some other things worth reading up on as well. At the end of the day though, I doubt you'll ever find an NPC editor on the Steam workshop. Something like that would most likely be a standalone program, rather than an in-game mod.

Yes I want to keep the NPCs as they are, just tweak their appearace using the provided options (like when you make your own character). I found this Skyrim NPC editor. Skyrim NPC Editor Mods. Download Files. Overview Files Images Relations Dependencies.

Hey everyone there is a way to have access to a kind of showracemenu for the NPCs? My difficulty is i can't get the famous NPC Editor running (dunno why, it has problems with win8) and i need to use the CK without the texture folder for the facegendata bug (when you get the NPC forehead colored like the makeup). Hmm for some reason, the mod just gave me a gray screen, probably has something to do with new mods I installed, as it was most definitely working earlier. Ras Michael And The Sons Of Negus Rar. You have to press 'draw weapon'...

If you watch closely, or if you have enb installed you can really see it clearly, there's a visible camera spin that's very much like entering showracemenu. After that point, hit 'draw' and it should pop. Even then, the data for the npc that you change is I BELIEVE in the savegame. IOW the 'permanent change' is only for that game.
