I understood that my Janome Digitizer Pro software would work on Windows 10, however when I start the programme (it says it has successfully installed) it apparently starts loading, then simply stops. When I run Compatibility, I come up with Error: Usage DESLOADR.EXE. I even tried rolling back to my previous Windows 7 setting when the programme did work last, however it comes up with the same message so now this very expensive software is unusable. Incidentally I have tried reloading the programme, repairing it, uninstalling and reinstalling, always the same message. Can anyone help at all?

As I mentioned in my original post, I did find the Compatibility Mode option on Windows. It is when I run Compatibility Mode that I get the Error: Usage DESLOADR.EXE. When I try to run the programme again, it just stops. I have tried compatibility mode for both XP and for Windows 7, both of which originally ran the programme.

As I say, when I tried 'rolling back' to Windows 7, I am getting the same Error: Usage DESLOADR.EXE message, so I can't use the programme at all even on my original settings.
