1 replied at 2012-09-21 12:06:04 There seem to be no description on how to reslove error 183 using the supplied install CD for version 6.2.227.10? I have purchased two dongles with no license keys/serials supplied with the product from the retail shop and with this version trying to install it into Windows 7 x64 bit it always end up giving error 183. Thus, as it do not install an upgrade will not be possible to version 8 for free and I am prompted for a trial period of 30 days and only 2 MB data transfere. As it seemse that version 6.2.227.10 is not required to have a serial key for installing how can I migrate to version 8 that will install on Windows 7 x64 bit when installing version 6.2.227.10 is never making it into the OS in the first place? I think that Bluesoleil is leaving their customers without any options and answers and I think that I have to give back the product to the retailler and never buy anything from BlueSoleil ever again? Do you have an answer to this or should I just abandon your products going forward? Up untill now I have wasted a huge amount of time trying to get the product working - it really should be plug and play!!!
